Day 1: Leave Nairobi and head to Masai Mara Game Reserve where you will have an afternoon game drive

 DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY ONE: NAIROBI TO MASAI MARA

You will be picked from your hotel or the airport in the morning and driven to Masai Mara National Reserve. On the way, you will have a brief stop at the viewpoint to see the Great Rift Valley. Arrival will be in time for lunch. After lunch and a brief rest, you will embark on your afternoon game drive feasting your eyes on the marvels that Masai Mara has to offer. All members of the big 5 are found in this reserve. Other animals seen here include cheetah, serval, hyena, bat-eared foxes, black-backed and side-striped jackals, hippo, crocodile, baboons, warthog, topi, eland among others. Different bird species are also found. They include eagles, vultures, ostriches, storks, little grebe, pelicans, cormorants & darter. In the evening you will retire to your lodge, have dinner and fall asleep to the sounds of the African bush.

DAY TWO: MASAI MARA

Get ready to rise and shine bright and early for an exhilarating hot air balloon adventure at the crack of dawn, precisely at 6:00 am. Following this thrilling experience, a delightful bush breakfast awaits you at the landing spot before your chauffeur whisks you back to the lodge or guides you on more wildlife expeditions. Roam around different corners of the vast Masai Mara National Reserve throughout the day. As evening approaches, consider an optional detour to a Maasai cultural village as you make your way back to the lodge for a scrumptious dinner.
