SAMBURU GAME RESERVE:
Samburu National Reserve is an area of stunning natural beauty; its dry plains dotted with the meandering river, with the spectacular African mountains in the background. The reserve is a beautiful expanse of arid land with grasslands, thorn trees, acacia and riverine forest vegetation. It has a good number of lions and leopards and offers the opportunity to see many species endemic to northern Kenya.
MERU NATIONAL PARK :
Meru national park is indeed wild and beautiful. It Straddles the equator and bisected by 13 rivers and numerous mountain-fed streams. Little visited and utterly un spoilt, it is ideal for off the beaten path safari. The park has abundant wildlife including over 300 bird species. Meru National Park is recognized as having more diversity of animal species than any other park in East Africa.
OL PEJETA CONSERVANCY :
Ol Pejeta is one of the best places to see the Big Five in all of East Africa. Highlights include the largest black rhino sanctuary in the region. It’s also the only place in Kenya where you can see chimpanzees up close, in a Sanctuary established to rehabilitate animals rescued from the black market. Plus, it has some of the highest predator densities in Kenya. Ol pejeta’s private status enables it to offer night game drives, an activity not available in most national parks and reserves in Kenya.
MOUNT KENYA :
The park is an oasis of beauty, with stunning scenery and an array of flora and fauna that are unique to the area. This includes a variety of wildlife like the buffalo and elephant which are found within the forest, bamboo ecosystem which is home to the rare bongo and even higher where strange plants such as the Rosette plant and the Giant Lobelia grow. The pristine wilderness, glaciers, lakes and tarns just add to the alluring appeal of the mountain.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL NAIROBI
On arrival you will be picked up at the airport and driven to the hotel where you will be welcomed in style. Depending on your arrival time, this day can be spent relaxing in the luxurious hotel or fine tuned for activities.

DAY 2: NAIROBI TO MERU NATIONAL PARK
You will picked up from your hotel in the Morning and driven to Meru National park. Views the scenic countryside as you drive along. Arrive in time for lunch at the elegant Elsa Kopje lodge. After lunch and short rest, proceed for an afternoon game drive. Back to the lodge in the evening.

DAY 3 and 4: MERU NATIONAL PARK
This two days will be spent having game drives in this wonderful park. It has a thriving rhino sanctuary and is famous for large elephant herds, hippos, lions, and birdlife. Elsa’s Kopje is widely renowned as one of the most elegant lodges in Africa. In between the game drives, you can spend your time relaxing, enjoy swimming or at an extra cost spoil yourself at the spa among other activities.

DAY 5: MERU TO SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Depart in the morning after breakfast and proceed to Samburu National Reserve. On arrival, check in and have lunch. Elephant bedroom camp with 14 spacious tents offer all the comforts. It includes a private plunge pool on the deck and complimentary herbal shower and bath products. After lunch, there is some time to relax or have a quick nap before you set off on the first game drive in Samburu Game reserve. Back to the lodge in the evening.

DAY 6 AND 7: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE
Two days will be spent game viewing in the reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Back to the lodge in the evening. Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Ewaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenya’s most protected parks. Home to species only native to the north of The Equator. They are the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, beisa oryx, gerenuk gazelle to the greater and lesser kudu. In between the game drives, you can spend your time relaxing at the private plunge pool, enjoy swimming or at an extra cost spoil yourself at the spa among other activities. You can spend the evenings having drinks and star gazing the stunning sky of Samburu.

DAY 8: Ol PEJETA CONSERVANCY
After breakfast depart Samburu and drive to Ol Pejeta conservancy. On the way you can stop at the equator marker. You will arrive in time for lunch. After short rest you will proceed for a late afternoon game drive. Serena sweetwaters tented camp is located in a prime location in Ol Pejeta conservancy. The conservancy is one of the few places where you can have night game drives at an extra cost. Other optional activities include lion tracking, camel ride, bush lunch/dinner etc.

DAY 9 AND 10: Ol PEJETA CONSERVANCY
Two days will be spent at this private sanctuary with morning and afternoon game drives. Overlooking a floodlit waterhole, the camp offers visitors the opportunity to watch and photograph animals from the comfort of the camp. Embrace the awe-inspiring natural beauty of the surroundings in one of Kenya’s most noteworthy conservancies and home to the ‘Big Five’ (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard).

DAY 11,12,13: MOUNT KENYA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast the 14 days off the beaten path Kenya safari to Mount Kenya National Park. Accommodation will be at the iconic Fairmont Mountain Kenya Safari club. It borders Mount Kenya which offers incredible views of the second highest mountain in Africa. Here, it will be mainly about relaxation with options of activities like golfing, horse riding safari, nature walk and many more at an extra cost.

DAY 14: NAIROBI
