DAY 1: NAIROBI TO SAMBURU

Embark on an early morning departure from Nairobi for a picturesque journey to the stunning Samburu National Reserve. Along your drive, soak in the breathtaking views of Kenya’s verdant countryside and charming farmsteads. Marvel at the majestic sight of Mount Kenya, the country’s highest peak, as you make your way to your destination.

Arrive just in time for a delightful lunch at Samburu Intrepids, a luxurious retreat nestled along the serene banks of the Uaso Nyiro River within the reserve. DAY 2: SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

Embark on an exhilarating early morning game drive in the reserve, where the cool dawn hours present a prime opportunity to witness wildlife in their most active state. This is the perfect time for animal sightings as they emerge from their nocturnal retreats. Upon returning to camp, savor a delightful breakfast before enjoying mid-morning leisure amidst the serene ambiance and amenities of our camp, such as the refreshing swimming pool.

Post-lunch, prepare yourself for another captivating adventure with an afternoon game drive through the reserve. Here you will have exclusive encounters with unique wildlife species like reticulated giraffes, Grevy’s zebras, Beisa oryxes, Somali ostriches, gerenuks, vulturine guineafowls among others that are seldom seen elsewhere.

Day 3: DEPARTURE

After this treat, you will be escorted either to your hotel for some well-deserved relaxation or directly to the airport for your onward journey. Safe travels!
